GodswillAJudins:Lol.. Like I've not been to those schools before.. Most of them are actually glorified secondary schools.. The problem with Naija is that schools in the south-west are usually over-hyped.. Btw, recent rankings show DELSU is the 69th best university in Africa, 20th in Nigeria and 2nd best state university in the nation.. Click on the link below if you are in dire need of a proof.. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/07/delsu-ranked-69th-in-africa/ |

ALKARULEZZ:Is it NUC ranking? The link lacks credibility If those schools are glorified secondary school. Then delsu is a glorified kindergarten. |

GodswillAJudins:Vanguard is not credible? Very funny Let me prove it to you with logic.. Just answer the questions I'm gona ask u.. Mention the three (3) richest states in Nigeria with respect to the allocation received from the federal government and internally generated revenue.. |

B ALKARULEZZ:Probably Lagas Akwa ibom Delta. Then my own question, mention 3 states, that despite their high allocations, are still lacking behind in terms of infrastructural and other basic developments. If state allocation is a criteria for rating of educational standard, then, most African universities won't be able to measure up with any Nigerian university in any aspect. cos they earn less compared to what Nigeria earns. But the ranking of African universities, goes a long a way to prove that your theory, is a complete fallacy. It all boils down to how you manage want you have, to bring out the best out of it. "quality not magnitude". |

ALKARULEZZ:Those ones are just example of states with high allocation. I guess you expected me to stoop so low an start putting them in sequence. I don't have that time to waste on someone like you. I made my point, and that's a fact. You are too shallow and egoistic, I guess delsu is passing through you. and not the other way round. |

GodswillAJudins:Giving an adequate and correct answer to a question is stooping so low? So much for an undergraduate.. Your mediocrity astounds me.. Like I posted earlier, I don't argue with mediocres.. Itz gona amount to nothing.. You keep screaming 'egoistic' like a ram.. little wonder people like me are often found either disagreeable or intimidating by mediocres.. Continue defending those glorified secondary schools in the south-west.. lemme drop their names Adekunle Ajasin Uni, tai solarin uni, ekiti state uni, osun state uni (lol.. Schools wey be like poultry) etc.. Most or all of those schools don't even offer Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy etc.. A reasonable percentage of their lecturers can't speak fluent and correct English, yoruuuuba yoruuuba everywhere.. They churn out quarter-baked graduates every year.. Follow the link below to see if any of those glorified secondary schools (state owned-universities) in the south-west made the list, wey DELSU dey spread like butter for almost all the departments.. www.nairaland.com/2597414/nigerian-universities-courses-known#37984571 Brain-washed thing like u P.S: Stupidity lies in wanting to drop conclusions where there's no proof.. You're always quick to assert the false fact that you're from Delta State.. #lwkmdo.. Its so obvious a Deltan can't be as dull as this.. I put it to you this day that you're a bloody yoruuba boy.. Since I'm a man of proofs.. Here's my proof in the link below.. www.nairaland.com/1959589/ethnic-group-highest-online-presence If u like, edit your tribe for the link o, e nor dey add ona do.. Amala people.. Little wonder you've been spewing trash.. Itz a classical case of "who go say him mama food nor sweet".. Omo yoruuba wan dey form Deltan.. The goat sef like better thing ![]() Last Bullet: You're not even an undergraduate, you're still a bloody JAMBite Proof: www.nairaland.com/2001399/should-he-go-pd-160k ![]() |

ALKARULEZZ:You can rant all you want, No you are not intimidating, but foolish. With what I read from the link you post, I realized that the list was compiled by the OP. Which I doubt has visited as much as ten universities in Nigeria. Anyone can come up with a list na. A tree can never make a forest. This from a recognized body NUC. I doubt you know the full meaning of the acronym. The Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) has released its yearly ranking for the top legally recognized tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The University of Lagos comes top of the list while the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and University of Ibadan, both in Oyo State come in the next two spots. Covenant University is the private tertiary institution with the highest ranking. Below is the full list. Let us know if you agree with the ranking. 1 University of Lagos Lagos 2 Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife 3 University of Ibadan Ibadan 4 University of Ilorin Ilorin 5 Covenant University Ota 6 Federal University of Technology, Minna Minna 7 University of Nigeria Nsukka 8 University of Benin Ugbowo 9 University of Port Harcourt Port Harcourt 10 Ahmadu Bello University Zaria 11 University of Agriculture, Abeokuta 12 Landmark University Omu-Aran 13 Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt 14 Federal University of Technology, Akur, Akure 15 University of Jos Jos 16 Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka 17 Lagos State University Ojo 18 Redeemer’s University Mowe 19 Bayero University Kano Kano 20 University of Maiduguri Maiduguri 21 Ladoke Akintola University Of Technology Ogbomoso 22 Federal University, Dutsin-Ma Dutsin-Ma 23 Federal University of Technology, Owerri Owerri 24 Federal University, Oye-Ekiti Oye 25 Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti 26 Osun State University Oshogbo 27 Paul University Awka 28 Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti Ado-Ekiti 29 Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko 30 Federal University, Dutse Dutse 31 University of Uyo Uyo 32 University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Makurdi 33 University of Abuja, Abuja 34 Ebonyi State University Abakaliki 35 Veritas University Abuja 36 Madonna University Okija 37 University of Calabar Calabar 38 Nasarawa State University Keffi 39 Pan African University Lagos 40 Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma 41 Lead City University Ibadan 42 Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi 43 Kwara State University Ilorin 44 Delta State University, AbrakaAbraka 45 Baze University Abuja 46 Bingham University Auta Balifi 47 Bells University of Technology Ota 48 Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University Katsina 49 Babcock University Ilishan-Remo 50 Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun |

@Godswillajudins: the list you posted is outdated.. Read the article below: DELTA State University, Abraka has been ranked among the first 100 universities in Africa. A survey carried out by the Journals Consortium among 1,447 universities in Africa placed the university as 69th, 20th in Nigeria and second among state owned universities. Before the latest ranking, DELSU was not listed among Africa’s first 100 universities and was 54th in Nigeria and also fourth among state universities.
