Just a fatherly advice and for me the right thing to do...either he takes it or he leaves it....no be by force...

I like Bobby without the Saxy. He should henceforth add a clause to people who deposit for his dogs. They will forfeit certain percentage of their deposit if they cannot conclude the transaction as agreed.

In such cases, the won't be forced to borrow money to pay Anchor and even add ten thousand which is even more than 20 percent of the money deposited by Anchor.

Bobby you should brief Younglawyer to draft such a contract for you.

Before I make any refund to anchor...he has to display his account no here and I don't tink I will do atm transfer today again as promised...it has to wait till Monday morning so I can collect a duplicate of the receipt to back up that have paid incase he tries to Denie not recieving payments...I hope u know ur not dealing with an illiterate....anchor ur 40k was a thorn on my flesh...all it added was notin put pain...if I had known from the onset that u cudnt afford the dog u proposed to buy I wudnt even collect any deposit from u...some people even here has bought dogs worth 2milliom naira from me in the past and we never had any cause to start exposing our yansh....if u had paid for the dog we agreed on at 80k and balanced up ur remaining 40k as promised....none of these wud have happened in the first place....can u see that ur even the originator of these whole confusion
