Completely wrong information,there is no such law in american or any western nation law.It is an investment that can be used to acquire alot of things but you can't escape huge taxes,if you concur with the burden of affording expensive properties,then you are free to own whatever in any foreign land but tax,tax will be very huge,in some countries it could go as high as 75% of tax on investment profit,thereby making the investors to rotate in a circle i.e,no gain no loss but some benefit acrues as rentage and document showing your name as property owner in a big city,some do it for few years and sell it off for gain,especially areas where accommodation or property investment gain acrues very fast.

Yes there are lots of cosmetic lifestyle in Showbiz but i tell you the truth, some of them are making serious money. And people like psquare that understand the 'biz' aspect of Showbiz, are doing very well.

I used to live with a comedian friend in Abuja and trust me what that guy earns to make people laugh for a few hours (and sometimes for just 1 hour) is equal to a Bank Manager's monthly salary. And funny enough the guy is still an upcoming comedian.
