The Chess Game is getting interesting with each maneuver. Saraki proving he's no push over. However, whether it's a TKO or he fight till Round 12, he will surely be defeated.

This country will never progress. It will never progress when you have courts restraining police, EFCC, ICPC, and law enforcement personnel in general from performing their duties.

The courts should allow this case to be argued in court. The court can then dismiss the case during preliminary hearing if the case is frivolous.

Nigerian courts are threat to Nigerian democracy.

I listened to one presenter on Classic FM this evening newspaper review. The way he sounded was as if Saraki have been indicted already. He infact mentioned on air that he will be removed as senate president, you could feel his excitement on air. One can tell from his remarks on issues that he is a die hard APC propagandist. I am sure he will be highly disappointed with this news.

Dramas and more dramas instead of governance. The people and the economy are the major victims in all of this. GOD help and bless Nigeria.

Well this is called seperation of powers!! The executive first showed itself, now the judiciary have shown its own powers, the legislature would soon show it's own powers when Saraki throws Buhari's ministerial nominees to the thrash can

Democracy is also threatened when critical institutions like DSS,EFCC,etc are used by the presidency to witchhunt political opponents

The court didn't grant any ex parte injunction but only summoned them to appear before him! That cannot stop the arraignment tomorrow! Chukwuode!.

Saraki the Rodent. He will scale through.
But seriously judiciary is another problem this country is facing. Before any could fight corruption, judiciary must be put in right hand and direction first. If nt you just endup waisting your time.
Baba should take note.

The CCB erred by issuing him summons on Wednesday, and expecting him to appear on Friday. They didn't give him enough time. I guess they were only acting out a script from one 'Oga at the Top'.
