I'm just a curious novice here, my question: what difference does it make when you raise the pilers first before laying the blocks and laying the blocks first before pouring the pilers concrete between the blocks.
I'd also love to know the cost estimate o. This structure from foundation to roofing stage.

.The both are the same the only difference between them is that getting the column erected before block work involves more technical skills by carpentar and is more effective in terms of accuracy while the other will also achieve the same compressive strength but more cost effective. The estimated cost will be sent to your email

Is this an after thought or still the design? from the drawing I think i could see two doors from the ante room, one to the visitors toilet and one to the staircase, hope am right. Again, where will the window to that toilet open to? I can't seem to find it on your front view drawing, and now that you're talking about building it under the staircase, am lost now at the location of the window, or is it not meant to have one? Abeg na lay man eye i take dey look am o, no vex to answer me, am following your work with keen interest.

Note that the glass will run from top to bottom such that the demarcation will not be visible
