Try and do factory reset on the phone! Extreme care should be applied.

Try another charger... Perhaps it's the charger that went amok.

Unfortunately, trying another charger isn't an option except if you can get a charger that can automatically switch between 5v 2A and 7V 2A during charging process like the way your original charger does.

I dont think your charger is damaged, try another USB 2.0 cable and plug it to your Original charger.

mine was having that similar problem I tried some usbs but didn't charge not until I got an original USB . now my phone charges fast as before ..

Could be the charging point or the battery.

Try updating your phone, it might fix the issue.

If it about the battery not charging fast as usual two things are involved ,it either while u flashing new ROM the battery was deleted ,and if u have never done ,go and get original USB cord bro

Get the infinix branded Usb guess the one u using don ''cut inside''

If u can access a laptop, connect it to d laptop & see if it charges faster, if so then it might correct it self later, if not take it to d nearest carlcare ...

It's the charging port. It's the number one problem with the hot note.

Go to Carl care and they will change it for you. Otherwise hope it starts to work again. Sometimes it works again for a while.

Me I had the same problem so I looked for my "follow come" and used it and problem solved FAST CHARGE REVIVED
