Yes, he has answered that question several time. you need to open a payoneer account. its a serious business and you money will be coming in through there so make sure all information you supply, you back it up somewhere. it may take a while to get to you here in Nigeria. mine took 3 weeks, but i had to go to the post office to pick it up. meanwhile get up your profile, be equipped with skill(s) and start working, so that by the time you are building and executing some jobs, your card will be travelling down here. take your time
