MikeCZAR:are you new on this thread? or you just want us to keep repeating what was discussed earlier? We can sink your subs faster than you can imagine. Having 400nmi means you will die within our territorial water. 200nmi in and another 200nmi to get out. That is minus the time and distance you will cover trying to detect the location of our vessels. Remember your torpedoes too just have 12km as range. Your submarines are gone. |

agaugust:What 100 cities? No tank in the world can survive a hit from the Ingwe missile with a tandem charge HE warhead. Are you acknowledging that BH captured land the size of Scotland? What army in sub Saharan Africa can deploy T-90 tanks? |

ISIS is growing, they still control Iraqi crude oil industry in their territory, they still shoot down F-16 jets, they mass r.ape thousands of Iraqi women, and NATO can do NOTHING about it talk less of Arabs whose jet fighter pilots are being burnt or beheaded. How are the Arab alliance winning? |

iblawi:Master Blaster comment ![]() The South Africans though they have an American style Nuclear engine powered submarine that cans stay permanently under water. Well, Niaja boys have now unblocked their blocked brains to realize that their submarine has only 4 days to submerge under water, and of that 4 days, ONLY 2 days can be spent in Nigerian Gulf of Guinea EEZ waters and ONLY a few minutes in Nigerian coastal territorial waters or else it will not have battery power to run out of our waters and go back home alive. The Southie mumus thought their submarine will fight according to it's nice photograph posted all over internet, they forgot to check up it's technical and operational weaknesses. The ignorant South Africandos don't know that the entire Nigerian EEZ is 100% covered by 500 km range sea search radars 24 hours surveillance, we also have 50 km range coastal TV Camera 24 hour surveillance with object detection images linked to a central command and control network-centric analysis computerized situational awareness management/control room. Nigerian waters have the most sophisticated electronic surveillance systems in all Africa from Cape Town to Cairo, they don't even know we now have the new sophisticated Israeli Falcon Eye complete EEZ 24 hours high powered electronic sensors surveillance systems. No wahala, the Souties have agreed to park their Submarine safely 1,000 km away in Angola's waters, they have dismantled their naval blockade by themselves, fear of Nigeria's hunt and kill air/sea power, ah Naija u wicked o ! South African Submarine.....back to sender ![]() . |

patches689:Patches689 you retarrd! After over 25,000 airstrikes by coalition forces in Iraq and Syria, I hope you still don't think airstrikes is an effective COIN tool, especially by Fighter jets ? I mean......... The 4 GEN and 4.5 GEN jets look awesome in photos, but in actually combat effectiveness, they've been abysmal to say the least. # Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18 over Syria.

agaugust:SAN and SAAF only have 4 meaningful equipment; 1) 4 Frigates 2) 3 submarines 3) 4 Lynx 4) 26 Gripens. Frigates and Lynx have been proven incomplete with no personnel to handle them appropriately. So they are almost as good as useless. Now is the time for their submarines. This is just the first joker dey are getting more news will come on their submarines. We will keep giving them free education on their own military equipment. And will keep letting them know they are in no way a treat to the Giant of Africa. |

MikeCZAR:You have only 5 Badgers. Rooikat has NEVER been tested in battle, just like 95 % of SANDF has never seen war since their mother bare them. Nigeria has a larger infantry, armour, and artillery force. Plus we have the best equipped infantry men in Africa and an army aviation with amphibious vehicles, and best battlefield experience in Africa today 2015. .

agaugust:Over a 150 were upgraded to MK1B status...The 44 your talking about is from the first batch received in 1991. http://www.army-guide.com/eng/product894.html "first production Olifant Mk 1B vehicles were completed in early 1991. It is believed that the first production batch of Olifant Mk 1B amounted to just under 50 vehicles. This upgrade programme has now been completed" http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/coldwar/South_Africa/Olifant_MkI.php

jl115:Your own encyclopedia source claiming large numbers confirms that those were NOT upgraded with modern composite/passive armour, they were given added old school RHA basic steel armour and double floor armour like a basic MRAP. "The hull protection is enhanced by the installation of additional RHA armour to the glacis plate, nose beak, turret front, sides and front roof, placed with a large gap in between the original turret like a cofferdam, which could be filled if needed. The turret bustle also receive more stowage capability. The hull bottom is protected against mines by a double floor with the torsion bars between the two floor plates." http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/coldwar/South_Africa/Olifant_MkI.php Dont drag us back to old issues . It has been proved that SANDF has only 44 units Olifant Mk 1B composite/passive upgrades. This case has been closed many months ago. http://www.military-today.com/tanks/olifant_mk1b.htm Stop wasting our time here. CASE CLOSED . |

agaugust:You think SA subs are just patrolling SA waters? what if one is Nigerian waters right now ? Did before: " In 1972, the SAS Emily Hobhouse, under the command of Lt Cdr Lambert Jackson Woodburne ,landed Special Forces troops, led by Commandant Jan Breytenbach near Dar es Salaam. The Special Forces team placed explosives on a bridge, power lines and targets around town" |

DictatorZAR:lol, millions of people out there call America "useless",they call China "corrupt and oppressive",they call Russia "a toothless bear,a decaying empire"; does that change the fact that those three countries are still very much the rulers of this planet?,no!.It wouldnt do for a rising superpower like Nigeria to abide the scathing words of jealousy thrown at us by small inconsequential nations of no international relevance. Oh!,they are scared of us..hehehehe....that is why they ran to France when our troops were deployed to seize the bakassi peninsula, that is why they ran to France when oil was discovered in lake chad! When the time for UNSC restructuring comes,Nigeria will be undisputed caesar..hail Nigeria..imper caes regnar!... |

MikeCZAR:What does that have to do with continental alliance?,Dangote is currently colonizing the zambian economy and thoroughly thrashing France's lafarge holcim out of the market. Zambia has chosen to ally itself with the true continental powerhouse, even though it is a SADC country. Zambian SFs are trained in Russia. |
