Jamanuka has said it all. Shell conducts assessed internship in all their countries of operation. Here in Nigeria they interview best 4th year students in Engineering and Geosciences in some selected schools like UI, OAU, FUTO,ABU,UNIBEN,UNILAG etc. As a graduate you will have to apply for Shell Recruitment Day(SRD).

Since Oct last year my status is " Application Under Review " .

Shell should just come & take dis Talent.

i don take am easy tire..maybe i will try the violent way..because it is the only language shell and a lot of these companies understand...what rubbish....i was sent the regret mail a month ago after been under review for 7 months...i know what to do ... ...so the people who they cal for srd who are they??

It lasted for about 1hr 20mins, the interviewer was polite and patient, i was asked questions to assess my ACHIEVEMENTS and RELATIONSHIPS... Its not something u can actually have a model answer for, but it requires some form of experience in leadership or team membership, you will need to be creative in this area since the interviewer would expect you to tell a lot of stories about your achievements individually and relationship with a team. I hope for the Best. The interviewer said I should expect a feedback in 10days.

PLS DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT THE IT/SIWES FOR SHELL.. I JUST APPLIED THROUGH EMAIL

my best bet is going to my community and shutting down a flow line,then i think shell would be serious with me...how can they send me a regret mail after passing the online test,whilst non natives are being called for SRD week in week out,...what rubbish... ....one of the reasons why i fight for resource control.... ...well let me get prepared...
