Whats your opinion about a practising christian or muslim who sells Alcohol, Cigarette and the likes. Would you find it justifiable in the worst scenerio, where he/she sells it as the only viable source of income?

Nothing wrong in selling alcohol or/and cigarettes; ceteris paribus.

stop selling and change to another business, if your target is to make heaven.

Jesus says in mark 9:43

if your hands cost you to sin, cut it off.

it's better for you to enter heaven poor than be rich and go to hell.
