If truly, it was Fulanis that abducted Falae, then the fastest way to get him released or rescued is NOT through the Police but through the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association. People who have access to the Miyetti leadership can engage them and they can explore/exploit their own networks to get him released unhurt and speedily. The group is close knit and know how to communicate very fast. Force rarely works with them as in, it has associated risk to the captive (Falae).
