At least 150 people taking part in the Hajj pilgrimage have been killed in a stampede near the Islamic holy city of Mecca, officials in Saudi Arabia say.
The civil defence directorate said on its Twitter feed that another 400 people were injured in the incident at Mina, about 5km (3 miles) from Mecca. Rescue operations are reportedly under way, it added.
The stampede occurred on the first day of Eid al- Adha, or the Feast of the Sacrifice.

What's this one saying

People pull together their life savings to go to Mecca and what do they get for it? Death in the most gruesome manner. If they had kept all that money and invested same into a more charitable purpose back home won't it be more rewarding?

Instead they sheepishly squander their savings in religious tourism in Arabia. So much prayers in one place yet so much death and this happens every year - people must die. All around the Muslim world it reeks of death and carnage even Mecca which is supposed to be the seat of Allah and his "profit" isn't spared. Is this the will of sky daddy- Allah or perhaps Allah isn't Akbar after all?.

Such news as this have always been reported on a yearly basis and what happened had nothing to do with human rights records.

The insinuation of a romance between the West and Iran is equally not true.
Iran was not woed to sign the agreement but cajoled so to do for her own interest. If the benefits are more to Iran than the West, i don't see how that makes the former a bride.
