My tecno F7 does not work with 3g network anymore,only 2g what do I do?

my own is working on 2g only and also dual mode but doesn't work on 3g only, it won't even bring service

Hi Mike, about this problem, please check if your location is covered by 3G network, also please check if your APN setting is right. If there is still problem, you can try to take your phone to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our colleagues there to check it for you. If you need us send your address and hotline of our service center, please let us know the city and state you are living in now. Thank you!

I do I know whether the APN setting is right, more so I stay at Ojo,Lagos.
