@AZUH

Your name calling is uncalled for, many people have been trying to understand your posts so as to help you, i have had to hid some of your posts because you post them randomly changing your mind as you post.

You insulted dolpaz first by bringing his father into this issue, please enough.

I may not remember to warn you again.

please I need someone to help me on how I can overturn my schengen visa stay into temporary residency in Germany
If you are already in Germany on schengen visa my advice for you is for you to return to Nigeria unless if you are ready for long suffering, I went there also on short stay before, because of the way things is moving there I was tempted not to come back,it not easy to go to Germany on short stay and return back to Nigeria especially if your foundation is not strong in Nigeria, things are really moving for them in that part of the world.

@Rayhut

Sorry but i have to edit the last part of your last post. Lets keep it clean here and not turn it to a 'dark web'. That advice can be misconstrued.

yea.. im back..

got into Germany few days ago ..i can say my experiences have been great! cheesy
from my experiences germans are nice and helpful 99% of them were willing to help me..infact one german guy walked with me to the foreigners office when i was lost..
you guys that are coming soon..ABEG BUY JACKET OO.. the weather here switches like crazy.. from cold winds to mild warmth to light rain in no order ..weather here is 14 degrees steady..
take some cash along oooo..you wouldnt be able to withdraw from your blocked account in the two weeks processing period ..but the banker will advice you to withdraw some cash now cs you wouldnt be able to do after 2 weeks (cs they will be processing ur atm card and the rest)... bring from naija at least 300 (u may bring more or far less) euros sha ..if possible...dont worry u fit just use 40 euros last last..
and pls when u meet a german or foreigner say `do you speak LITTLE english?` ..then they switch to fairly ok english.. many of them can speak little english fair enough..pls always try to smile ooo..dont be boning any how else dem no go answer you.

was able to get all these sorted in two days.. in this order

1)went to my department first for debriefing (day 2)
2)sorted my health insurance (day 2)
3)enrolled at my uni (day 2)
4)activated my bank account and withdrew some cash (day 3) ..
5)booked an appointment at the foreigners office (day 3)..

all these sorted quickly with the help of a nairalander on here and some very nice kenyans..

one of your best friends when you first get into germany are the TRAMS.. once u understand the tram maps..you wouldnt get lost easily when moving far distances..
but i got lost in the streets few times cs i didnt have internet..when i activated my internet..google maps took over with ease..

i guess my lil info is helpful..

BUY EU ADAPTER OOO..NA BORROW I BORROW FOR THE MAIN TIME HERE OO..
BUY JACKET OOO..THE COLD HERE IS NOT A JOKING STURVZ
PLS ALWAYS BE MENTALLY ALERT DURING THE FIRST DAYS HERE....
BRING INDOMIEEE AND SPAGHETTTIII LOL

so you are practically saying there is no way I can overturn the visa to be able to work ... Coz I no get enough money to enroll for school from here and I intend to enter there and work to be able to look for schools

Get a job. Maybe the company can ask for a visa for u if they really need u. Or try to get admitted into a school(even then u can't hustle cause us will be busy.)
can't someone enter on a short stay visa and look for job and maybe the work can process work permit for someone ??

Yes, practically there is no way at your own level, because you are not highly skilled and you can't even speak German fluently, had it been that you can speak German fluently maybe with that you can maneuver your way without been deported.

If your friend is someone that won't panic if immigration start to disturb him about not buying return ticket, he should buy one way and explain to them that you are on national visa that will take you out of Nigeria for two years, if he is of the opposite,he should buy return ticket.

Yes that can only happen, when you can fly to space from Nigeria

Even highly skilled, there are lots of bureaucracy and bottle necks experienced.
You only see one in hundred who get employed from Africa in Germany, except you graduated from a German uni or any European Uni.
But with your naija Pali forget it.

@Eke, great one. Prayers Don too much for your matter for the witches to have a say in the matter. Now the captain is ready for take-off.

To all, PTA is still very possible as I got some from Stanbic bank at the rate of 225.24naira to 1€. At least two branches of the bank are able to do this (Idaho and Allen branches).

All they require is your passport, admission letter and flight booking itinerary. Of course you must have an account that with them as the deduction would be made from your account directly. The maximum amount to that can be collected is the equivalent of $4k so you all can collaborate since iI doubt anyone will be travelling with up to 4keuros.

Cheers

Pls anyone with Stanbic account in Ibadan should holla @ me. i would like to change some Euros, we can go to the bank together and change money together. Thanks

Contact your school and ask for enrollment deadline extension. It's possible u still make it. My enrollment deadline was extended twice and now I'm in Germany.

Hello house, i'm new here but have been following this thread when a friend of mine introduced it to me however, please i need urgent help on how to appeal my visa application that was refused after 3 good weeks. Did my interview on 31st August and got rejection letter on 25th of September. I applied for Master program and did not take a test in my interview. My interview i think, went well but the reason for my rejection was that there are doubts as to my serious intention to study in Germany as well as to the travel purpose. It also states that the alliens authority shares the opinion of the consulate general. Please Oga Eke40seven and all the gurus in the house i really need your God given wisdom to help me scale through. My enrollment deadline is 26th of October. Meanwhile i transferred through Access bank since 11th of September and telex copy given me but when i called DB they said nothing entered the account so i went to the bank they apologized and i received the credit alert the day i collected the rejection letter. Please all, what's the way forward
