That lslamic preachers were preaching all over the place condemning govt refusal to pay civil servants is true, according to other reports. It is also widely believed that Kwara state is in dire financial straits because Saraki is given a large chunk of the state's monthly allocation from the federation account. People cite July particularly when Kwara state govt got 5.3billion naira and the state's 16 Lgcs got a total of 3. 2billion naira from the federation account, yet neither state nor local govt workers were paid their salaries.
