This just feeds the problem. Marry 1 woman (like the rest of the modern Islamic world). Have the number of children you can take care of and support them so that they too can achieve their dreams. 18 years can vote and be voted, can be issued driving licence, can be charged to court and jail cos he/she is an adult not a juvenile anymore.
