rusher14: @bolded: ...where the conduct is also a criminal offence. Where the conduct being tried is also a criminal offense. In this case, it is not. Yes, if found guilty, he'd loose his seat as the president of the senate and also ceases to be member. The properties under contention will be confiscated, and he will not be able to vie for public post for a specified period. But He's not to be handed jail term. |

Saraki was not corrupt when APC presented him as their Senatorial candidate? He only became corrupt after he played APC's game on them right? Do you know how Tambuwal became the House of Rep's speaker in the last dispensation? Do your research first, then come back let's talk. Thanks. AODT: |

PDP has remained stronger day by day by uniting to build a very strong bonds while APC has continue to tear apart as a result of the party's western/northern factional frictions and greed for power and selfish interest among its members resulting to the disunity of the party. |

CCB Trial: We Are Behind Saraki And Can’t Abandon Him – PDP... this simply means thieves behind another thief. I hope Saraki completely understands that these PDP members give a sh1t about nothing but themselves. Their plan is to use Saraki's case to frustrate and debase war against corruption, by creating unnecessary confusions...therefore, the process is delayed, and getting to them will also be delayed. But Insha Allah, everyone (one by one) of them will pay back all they have taken from us. Saraki should respect himself and go and defend himself. It simply makes no sense to be fighting war against corruption in Nigeria when the current senate president is also corrupt. If we want this war against corruption to be successful, at least, for God sake, the president, VP and the senate president must be corrupt free...I guess, Buhari was not f000lish man when he accepted Osinbajo as his VP. Saraki must go and clear himself, or else he should step down right away. BUSINESS AS USUAL leadership is no longer accepted in Nigeria. PDP members also know that if Saraki ever goes down because of corruption, it simply means that no one is untouchable; most likely all corrupt individuals all around the country will be captured and cough out all they have stolen from us. So, in a nutshell, PDP members are not looking out for Saraki, but indirectly looking out for themselves, as usual. |

lyntiffany: You are the one that called Obj the devil not me. Though I am aware there are some projects whose finances appear to have some comma, no one has till the present moment petitioned him to any anti-corruption agency, and until that is done there is nothing against him. Rather than sympathising with Saraki a corruption suspect, you guys should be digging up facts about people you think are corrupt like Obj, Tinubu, Fashola,Amaechi etc who are close to PMB's govt, and present your facts to efcc/icpc instead of throwing unsubstantiated accusations on social media. |

When corrupt politicians are not tried people cry out but when a politician they support is put on trial, they cry it's a political witch-hunt! Which way Nigerians? |
