Yeah...I was at the exhibition today and it was okay. I didn't bother attending the seminars and panel sessions cos I didn't pay but the topics they are to cover seem quite enriching. Maybe next year I will afford it. Please any one in the house who attended and has materials should share.

Good to hear your testimony. E-copy of the keynote speeches, lectures and the seminar will be made available after the conference. If I can lay my hand on them, I'll definitely share with the house.

The exhibitor that interest me most is Clifton Homes (a Ghana based real estate firm) and their product The Gallery which was awarded the "Best Apartments in Africa" by the International Property Awards 2014/15.

Then "NYOOGO" providing modern marketing platform to drive real estate business. The platform seems to be very interesting.

I cannot but notice the trendy solutions that gidi virtual tours is bringing to the market.

Today, I went into the programme with just 30 business cards and had none left by the time I was leaving the Exhibition Hall. Tomorrow, I'll go with a pack especially during the Networking Breakout/Media Session.

Yes, I am saying that and Yes you did all the pillars apart from the ones for the external Balcony which were done by the current Engineer on site. Remember you did not complete that section which was meant to have been done as part of the block work but thats another story.
Yes we have 49 pillars in total.
I have answered your question. Now can you answer mine?

Where the drawings done by a certified Architect?
Were they signed off by a certified architect and Structural Engineer?
What kind of approval do I have or have you done for me?
Are these structural diagrams mine or not?
I'm personally not surprised by the audacity of Brabus in his dealings with his clients. I'm very sure that Brabus himself won't believe his luck with what seems like an endless queue of victims waiting to be dealt with 'the Brabus way'. I've sort of lost count of how many people on this forum who have ended up with terrible experience in their dealings with Brabus but alas as soon as the noise subsides, he comes back on Nairaland to extol his spurious packaging and building expertise and lo another victim is caught in his lies spider's web. I'm extremely baffled that the moderators on the property forum did not deem it fit to put a stop to the dubious antics of Brabus and as such he believes that he's got licence to rip his clients (whom by the way he met on Nairaland) off without any repercussion. With the dossier I have on him on this forum, if he's the only builder left on Nairaland, I'll rather remain homeless than giving him the pleasure to swindle me of my hard earned money. Brabus is the classic example of a typical Nigerian who complains about the rot in their country but refuse to take a hard look at themselves and their crooked ways. I do know however that very soon he will bite more than he can chew.

Oga esoorita, your points are well noted and trust me we are doing our best to resolve all complaints and issues. That's what keep us moving!

We knew it's not a smart thing to pick up a fight with a newspaper so we are using Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve differences without destroying relationships.

I think it's a better approach than mudslinging and attack on personality. My way of reasoning though.

______
There's never been a time when the noise is down. The noise is always there! It's just that we must continue to do what we are paid to do while trying to resolve issues and pacify unsatisfied clients. Hence, the reason we continue to update ongoing projects when we've been able to attend to the complaints of our client.

______
Even though Sir 3strike said he couldn't recommend us (Brabus/NextHome) for any job in the future, we've spent sometime together this morning exchanging pleasantries, chatting on projects and it was fun.

The same thing with Sir Brag3. We've been exchanging mails back and forth for some days now while trying to get his building plans ready. It doesn't mean we are right or wrong, it's just that we are committed to giving service even when the client is unhappy.

The conman never sleeps.
where did you get all these fake things from?

Have you made peace with all your disgruntled clients? I see you have now moved to doing 419 approvals. When will all these ponzy schemes of yours end?

time is running out for you. you can run but you cant hide

Brabus is a conman and anyone still falling for his picture gimmicks should have their heads examined. I look at the pictures has been posting for over a week and shook my head in disgust.

Brabus rubs feather with engineers just to make him appear as one of them in the trade. He's nothing but a fraudulent boy.
