UAE labour law might be changing soon, i think the new provision is a little more flexible than the former law which seems strict and gives employers more power

Yes it's nice, at least people can communicate whenever they land successfully.

We don't have the structure for a good Employee - Employer relationship, except for some of us who are always open and free around our superiors irrespective of the consequencies.
