The wife beater is mostly a product of brokenness.

when people exert negativity on their partners, they need to understand that they are merely projecting their insecurities and what nots on those who love them.
If I met a guy today who abuses me for no just cause, having the understanding that he is simply projecting his issues on me in a bid to deal with them would help me figure out ways to help him....or just leave if I can't deal.

You cannot change that which is within from without.
Let that which is within change that which is without.

Well, you see a guy who drinks himself to stupor, hits his babe and does certain inanities...
The expectation is that the girl should leave, but somehow she stays with him...
Loving him as much as she can muster.

Sometimes, life throws certain people at us who do not in anyway epitomize who are what we are at the core.

The faint of heart can't deal, still, it's not okay to generalize by saying we deserve em all.
