This is a very slow and unserious government.
He promised september and by 30th sept.5.43pm nothing.is on ground
It is a strong indication that they are noisemaker, unreliable and they will likely disappoint Nigerians at die-minute
If the list come out now, it can not be said that it was released in september cos business has closed

Ministerial list don become achievement. Enough of this ministerial list thing...I have never seen where meeting a deadline became an achievement. Only in Nigeria......People are suffering in our country and we are still talking about list.

Submission of the ministers name to the Senate?

Or

The senate screening the nominees, or the ratification of the names,

Or the swearing in of the nominess?
Or the assignment of portfolios to the ministers, which actually constitute cabinet set up.
