it shows how the level of lawlessnes have overgrown in lagos and the number the police deemed untouchables. if it had been reported to the police on how he shot someone in april, i am so sure the police qill carpet the issue and the then useless commisioner of police will either decline comment on the isuue by switching of his line as an excuse or say the matter was not reported to the police.
