I'm not for corruption but please some perspective here. If this independence celebration thing is just a come-chop money thing then this APC govt chopped N70m. Previous ones have been in the billions that PDP guys come and chop. From this, it means it'll take APC a hundred years or so to chop what PDP chops in one year for independence celebration alone. The more transparent we are the better but seriously PDP supporters have no moral justification whatsoever to question this year's celebration because you guys were in support of that mind boggling robbery to continue

The media houses are not even supposed to be paid to cover the nation's independence event.

Most of them lobby to be allowed to cover such events.

If any one of them is waiting to be paid to cover such a national event, there are many others who will gladly do it without a fee.

It's about getting more people to view your channel. That is also part of the business. It's a form of advertisement for them.
