Lately, I started creating interest in these two countries since studying there is relatively low compared to UK, USA and Canada. But I've read series of threads here about both countries. I would appreciate a well detailed and educating response to where makes more sense to study as a Nigerian putting factors such as:
1. Scholarship opportunity
2. Low cost and good standard of living
3. Low tuition fee or waiver
4. Study and work opportunity
5. World Wide Recognition of certs
6. Hospitality etc into consideration. Thanks!

You can easily get admitted into Cyprus universities without the need of fraudulent agents if you follow that thread. You must have your finance ready before you can study in Cyprus as jobs are quite scarce and some jobs you can get will only pay for your daily food!

TURKEY is far better than CYPRUS because
1. there is job in turkey for students
2. there are universities with low tuition
3. Turkish are friendly and their culture are okay
4. Cyprus are said to be an illegal island... North Cyprus to be precise
5. Turkey to join the schengen region soon (not sure ooo just want to make it five..... lol) but to be sincere TURKEY AND NOT CYPRUS.......

Yes there are schools in Turkey and North Cyprus with scholarship opportunities, yes the cost of living in Turkey and North Cyprus is generally low compared to most E.U countries, yes tuition fees may be considered lower in Turkey and North Cyprus when compared to tuition fees across some parts of Europe as for the waiver well it depends on your schools policies...
Now, as for Jobs in Turkey and North Cyprus, heck Naaaaw there are no jobs- just forget about it, Turkish people even travel to Cyprus to find jobs and to think that there are no jobs in Cyprus.
As for recognition of certs not all schools in Turkey and North Cyprus have such accredited standards except for the major schools, so the school you intend to enrol in must be carefully selected.
As for hospitality, Turkish people are friendly and accommodating but with occasional attitude problems, while Cypriots are peaceful and hospitable but closed minded however it would do you good to Learn Turkish if you intend to sojourn there.

The airports will open eventually.As long as you have processed your admission and visa et al. Turkey's airspace is open, Once our airports open, you fly out

Just a little detour from your post. I recently checked the requirements for obtaining a Turkish visa and saw that National ID card is a part of the requirements. I intend to visit Istanbul for a 2-week conference and do not have the strength for all you read online about how difficult it is to obtain the ID. Are there ways around that?
