I started mastubating in the year 2007 I thought I would get over it as time goes on but right nw am addicted to it. I can hardly stay for a week without mastubating. Pls help me out bro n sis.

Once addicted it comes with had takes for you to be able to stop it.
I ave experience it though.But I was able to stop it.When a friend of mine introduce a drug called (tramadol) to me.
But in Nigeria it is a contraband drug which fights severe pain and social anxieties.
But when takin ur off with sexual urge through out that day.
That is how I was able to stop mine.

You can try having a girlfriend if don't have one, and always find something meaningful doin. Don't for once keep ur self idle, becus the only fin that will pop in yaa mind that minute will arouse ur underneath which will bring about******---- grin

Tips: always keep ur self busy.
u can try the drugs which I recommended, it helps me a lot and it might be of help to u too.

Trust me, you can masturbate and concentrate studies as well. I masturbate too and am 31. I like sex a lot and if not for masturbation I would probably have HIV by now. Its better to masturbate than date because when ur dating one day u could have sex with ur girl without condom maybe because u trust her or there was just no condom at home that night and u couldn't go out to but because its late. So bro please don't stop,there are not health consequences to masturbation but u need to limit it.

The only way you can stop it is to get a girl friend and that is a lot more dangerous than masturbation because u can't contract STDs through masturbation. So until u find a decent girl ur ready to settle down with don't stop just limit it.
