Actually it's not your weight you should be worried about. It's your BMI. That's a more important predictor of morbidities. Then of course, stop toning your muscles for now

It's most likely your bone mass making you weigh so much. You should check your Body Mass Index (Weight in Kg/height in meters) to know if your weight is just right for your height.
