So bruvver, think about your future. Dont mind wah they say that masturbation reduces sperm count and can cause erectile dysfunction. Nah.. Those are not general consequences.

The problem masturbation poses to yourself, sex life and mentality is that it creates in you the subconscious impression that you can be satisfied in minutes i.e quick satisfaction. So, in future you might grow to become someone who wants things quickly and you might want to take dangerous shortcuts to get them.

To your sexual life, it definitely will make you a two-minute man, maximum, 10 mins. Lemme just tell you , no matter how rich, handsome, caring and all you are, no woman, even SUs, likes those kinda men.. Men that don't last long. You don't want to make your wife unhappy, do you?

Third, masturbation MAY tamper with your self-esteem, your view of women, sex etc. Its not a very psychologically healthy thing. And its worse if you are very religious person.

Let me just let you know that it will be relatively hard to stop, because during orgasm, your body is happy because chemicals are being secreted in your brain that makes you feel relaxed and high. You CAN defy your pleasures. The power is in your belief.

Another trick is to satisfy your body through other means. Sincerely, no other activity (except deep interactive prayers between you and God or hard drugs) can give you as much endorphin (the chemical secreted in your brain that makes you relaxed or happy or high) boost like orgasm, but you can create progressive activities that make you happy. For example, if drinking ice cream makes you happy, you can take ice cream instead of masturbating when the feeling comes on. Since the whole purpose of masturbation is for you to be high or relaxed, you can direct your energy towards other activities that relax you. Though they may not satisfy you as much as masturbation, continual practice will definitely condition your body to being satisfied by them.

Your problem is half solved! No matter the advice or prayer anyone can give you, once you can't develop the will power to face your challenges head on, I am afraid you will remain imprisoned in your predicament for a long time. You can start by staying clear off those things that easily make you arouse sexually. You know them. Once the urge becomes strong, tell yourself continously "I am in control of myself not you modafucker" do this repeatedly. Set targets for yourself. Something like, this week, no matter what I won't masturbate. Lastly, pray to whatever you believe in for total deliverance from that against your wish. God be with you.

well i am not surprise with answers you got from this people, that is exactly what happen when you seek help from wrong people. someone came up with a sincere challenge that he need help over and what you can do is to compound his problem by laughing at him, sorry i am not surprise. to you sir, there is a way out.masturbation is a thing of mind it start from mind and end at your mind depending on how you react to it. most importantly you need to change what you feed on, i mean the information you take, e.g video, writings, music etc, and please feed on the word of god often, learn to be opened to people who can help and most importantly seek the help of Holy Spirit.
