Hi fellow nairalanders. I intend relocating to lagos state. pls i will appreciate if anyone could help me with an idea of how much it would cost to rent either a 2 bedroom flat or a room and parlour self contain(including agent and damages fee).

Preffered destination - Ogba or Festac area of Lagos State.

Please note that the apartment must have water, fenced and a nice building structure.

U start from sumwhere,but I guess even 2bedroom flat money is equivalent to that amount so that awouf for u,it has self compound

Lol. bro as i stated in my last comment, i knw abule egba so wel bcus i stayed near there wen i was stayin in lag. so hv already started frm somewhere nd its time to move forward(though hv also stayed at ogba).
