Remember the thread by "liekiller", where you came up with bunch of so called brutal verses and I explained them in their proper contexts?. Kindly refer back to the thread. Better still you can do your honest research online.

Common sense tells us that sura 9:5 is historically connected. Besides this verse is very famous among Islamophobes. Muslims can explain a million times, mofos are gonna do whatever they want. Who cares!

Well, this is very simple. But my explanation may not go down well with you. It's simple fact even though you may disagree. But if you can apply wisdom, you will know that it makes sense.

Muslims believe in all prophets and messangers of God. From Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them). We deny none of them. But Jews, while they believe in some prophets and messangers, they reject Jesus the son of Mary and Muhammad as messangers of Allah(peace be upn them). Christians however believe and accept Jesus. Christians also reject prophet Muhammad(peace be upon them). So for a muslim woman to marry Christian man has no protection of her religion. Chances of being harassed is very high. Her christian husband may say inappropriate things about Muhammad(SAW) delibrately or not but a muslim man or woman will NEVER ever say anything derogatory about Jesus and Moses (peace be upon them). This is one of the simple logics. But there are other reasons that need in-depth explanation.

Take NL Christians for example. See how they talk trash about prophet Muhammad (Allah's blessings and peace be upon him). Did you ever saw any Muslim here said rude things about Jesus?. NEVER!!!!!. Exactly the way this Christians behave here is the way Muslim woman who marries christian man would behave. Quran and Hadith teach that wherever Allah and His messanger are being mocked, Muslim must leave the area immediately because curses of Allah and His Angels descend in that arena. This is why I reluctant sometimes to engage these folks should they not engage in scholarly discussion.

This is contrary if a Muslim man marries a christian woman. She keeps her christian faith and may revert to Islam at her own will. Her religion security is guaranteed. Her sincere Muslim husband will never harass her and will never and can never say anything unspeakable about Jesus (peace be upon him) because this may take him out of the fold of Islam.

Note: This Christians of today are not the same people of the time of Jesus and Muhammad. These Christians today are polytheists. This is another subject to be discussed.

Empir.ee I see what you mean. But I believe Islam should know that not all christian are abusive. Many still will never raise a voice against the prophet Muhammed (SAW).

I tell you I've seen muslim who even abuse Jesus. Its not new to me, I've lived in the north before, Sokoto to be precise, I saw and heard things spoken against Jesus that made me shake my head.

To me, I believe if its okay for a christian lady to marry a muslim man, then it should be okay for a christian mAn to marry a muslim lady. Allowing only a christian lady to marry a muslim man to me proves that the man may still use his influence as a man to force the woman to convert to Islam and if she refuse, abuse may follow.

Its all the same system of control and dominance, each religion trying to outdo or outsmart the other. That's why I really want no part in both religion.

And lastly Jesus said in John 17:1 After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: "Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you."

Now my question is this, is it you or mohammed that is confused concerning the personalities of Jesus? What did the pre-Islamic christians and contemporary era of mohammed christians believe, concerning Jesus, that the current christians do not believe?

And lastly, dont you see that mohammed contradicted Jesus so many way, both in character and theology? I need you rebuttal please.

The reasons you gave on why a muslim woman is not allowed to marry non-muslim is ridiculous and fraught with typical islamic lies, distortions and deceptions.

First you rumbled on the Jews not accepting Jesus and mohammed and the christians not accepting mohammed. You cant force people, or anyone, to accept someone as a prophet. If the Jews dont accept Jesus it is no anyone headache and if the christians and Jews take mohammed as an arabian cult leader and a criminal, that is their business. You cant judge their belief system based on what is written in your quran, which they dont accept.

You said muslim women wont be confortable in a christian home since they (christians) reject mohammed as a profect (and christians are polythiest) but a christian woman can be married to a muslim man because mohammed\islam is true. Can you see how unreasonable islamic logic is? Who told you islam\mohammed is true? Quran i guess. No sane christian accept quran as true because it is completely against the teachings of Jesus and from the devil himself.

You said muslim believe in all prophet. What\who make up the 'all prophet'? Mohammed right? Do you believe in Hindu prophet? No. Do you believe in the Bhudist prophet? No. So why lying to us that muslims believe in 'all prophets'?

You complain of christians bashing Islam. Thats true, christians bash Islam and muslims bash christianity too. Do you know the genesis of religious bashing? It is the quran and the hadith. Over half of the quran is devoted to the bashing and physical threatnings of non-muslims, especially christians and Jews. Mohammed, in the quran, even said that the Jews are 'descendants of apes and pigs' while christians are cursed. Christian\Jewish bashing are not canonized in the bible while the muslim bashing of christians and Jews are a religios duty in the quran.

I will attach some you-tube video by islamic clerics devoted to christian bashings with verses in the quran. Dont pretend as if islam is not eternally devoted to christian bashing 'Oh you hypocrite, aka Empire'.

If you pay close attention to our debates here since January, you would see that at some point we muslims also have said things like "your Jesus, you man-god, your 3 headed-god" etc. This is not abusive. This is to differentiate the real Jesus as taught by Islam from counterfeit Christians proclaim. Please note the difference. NO MUSLIM IS A MUSLIM IF HE/SHE DISBELIEVE IN JESUS.

Now, I wont deny some individual Muslim men who may at some point abuse their non-Muslim wives. This is not in line with Islamic Sharia. Hope this helps

My bone of contention is still the same, why forbid a muslim lady from marrying a christian man when gracefully allowing a muslim man to marry a christian lady. If you ask me, I believe the goal here is to make it easier for the muslim man to use his dominance and influence on the christian lady forcing her to convert.

Of all the Islamic law, this particular law is what I find appalling, because it clearly shows favor to the muslim man and disfavor the muslim woman. I speak this way because this law has deprived me of happiness once upon a time.

Yes I worship and pray in 'Jesus' name' cos it is in the christians scriptures for me to do that. Muslims also make mention of mohammed in their daily prayers. In fact no islamic prayer is complete if mohammed's name is not mentioned.

Mohammed is synonymous to allah

What are you saying. Sura Imran ayah 85 answers your qusetion. When I said "all prophets" it means all from the time of Adam to the last of them because they are all muslims. If their followers diluted their teachings, that's something different like christians messed up Jesus's teachings replaced by Paul's.

Say, "We have believed in Allah and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Descendants, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [submitting] to Him."

@blue font means other prophet not mention in the Quran but are mentioned in Bible, Torah, Hindu and Bhudist holy Books. We believe in them all.
