I am currently on a visitation at UPTH now, the hospital is on a bad state because of mosquitoes and deterioration of infrastructure but the have the best medical expertise and bad non medical management.

If this is truly a hospital then it should be shut down, not even fit for animals. Maybe if he had not escaped from the UK and was tried and imprisoned here he might have still been alive now. Britain has got one of the best hospitals with state of the art facilities and top medical practioners who would have keep proper tab on his blood pressure while in prison. RIP to the fallen sha.
