how I wish I can upload picture but I am using "local phone". I evaluated by using similarity concept i.e 17.5/14 = 25/x, where x is the distance .........

Let me give you a head up;
Triangle is a plane figure bounded with three angles.
Methods of solving triangle;
1. Trigonometric ratio
2. Pythagora's theorem
3. Sine and Cosine rule
4. Similarity concept or congruent (not sure of the spelling though).

i'm actually very familiar with these topics. And i've quickly breezed through "similarity concepts and congruency of triangles"(which is the only one i couldn't remember much), but i still can't link it to the question. Maybe there's something i'm missing. Can you pls try and explain what you did?
