Nnaji has been doing fine boy in the senate, we ve never heard him say anything in the 4yrs he was there, therefore we chose to vote for Chimaroke, it was amazing when he was returned by INEC. Recall there was serious protests around Enugu after he was announced the winner.

The tribunals are working faster now. Ebeano vs Nnaji ]The National Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in Enugu State has sacked Senator Gilbert Nnaji representing Enugu East District.

The judgement was given in favour of former Governor, Chimaroke Nnamani, who contested on the platform of the People for Democratic Change, PDC, against Nnaji of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The Panel held that the conduct of the election did not comply with the 2010 Electoral Act.

DAILY POST reports that thousands of supporters have taken over Enugu streets in celebration of the judgement.

Hmm,i think d judiciary is doing a nice job.Four months ago,I travelled to my home state Enugu,anywhere I visited and we were dicussing last Senatoral Election in Enugu east,almost all the gyz I discussed with said that Chimaroke won d election but Gil Nnaji used Abuja connections and manipulated it,that very soon,he will lose d seat to Chimaroke.So it has come to reality.Congrats Chimaroke bui am not ue farm because of ur wicked act during ur administration as governor.

True, I visited Enugu on the day a riot broke out at Old park and they had to tear gas everybody. I also heard some residents pitched tent at the INEC office demanding justice.

It's called MINORITY meaning anyone who is the least represented in numbers and PDC is automatically the minority in the house.

Case study is Ebonyi state house of assembly where Labour Party is the minority with one member Ms. Nde Nwachi and she was automatically the minority leader.

He will lead PDP members except politics is played.
