Hello Prof Justwise,

Am just curious. Is there is specific reason for breaking the thread at 400 pages. I see other threads doing 1000.

Thumbs up for the good qork you are doing

Its too long for people to read through for previous posts, its not fair to ask people to read through 400 + pages for info.

Thanks for your response.

Your salary is good, since you will be only be spending money on ticket your chances a good but no visa is guaranteed even after meeting all requirements.

Thanks Ogreen.am planning the journey by January/February next year.but planning to apply now.

You have good home ties, good pay, ur account bal? Hmmm..... The Consular will wonder what u will fall back on whreturn from ur trip + u hv family responsibilities. I don't knw abt ur travel history.

If the application is not urgent, build ur account.

If ur bro is taking care of ur accommodation and feeding, wetin u wan spend 350k ontop grin. Even tho you might, try to be as prudent as possible in the budget section, N180k/200k for flight and N80k/N100k for T-Fare and miscellaneous + Shopping. That's N280k.

Thank you

London monthly maintenance money for foreign students is £1020, the 910 you paid for accommodation is over the top.

So budget additional £800 per month for other expenses...feeding, transport etc since the accommodation is paid already

Good Morning All,

I would like to inquire about travelling to the UK on a visit visa in which my girlfriend is inviting me. I studied in the UK on a tier 4 visa previously and didn't breach any laws during my 3 year stay over there. I would like a break down of the requirements before application and also the amount that must be in the inviting parties account before I will be considered. A sample invitation letter would be of great help as she hasn't written any such letters before. Your humble response is very much appreciated.

Thank you in anticipation

Invitation letter is secondary, first you need to get prepared with her documents and yours which is primary.

Do you have a paid employment or own a business?
How much is your Monthly salary?
How much do you have in your account?
How much will this trip cost you?
How long are you staying?

Your answers will help the house assess your application.

Good day,
Please I'm planning to apply for UK Visa but I will like to know what chance someone who has worked for 1.5years with a company but has left the company. But due to the company's policy (some bank's policy on staff account), I can no longer use the salary account upon resignation from the company. So I want to know do I have to wait until after six months in my present company or I can apply with the old salary account (closed) along side my new salary account?

Please I need someone to urgently help me out on this...

Regards.

You've done tier 4 before so you should be familiar with visa application just go to ukvisas site and find out requirements for visit visas both for the person inviting and the 'invitee'

Cos your question seems like you want to be spoonfed.
Cmon people do your homework first then come here to clarify from others.

Apparently you are not working, so you will have to prove to the ECO that the 6M in your account is from a verifiable business with history and paper evidence, otherwise your application will be refused even if you have $6Billion in the account.

I'll advise you read "main reasons many are refused visas" by Vicjustice

Good Luck
