Okorocha actually messed imo state up. There no single motorable in the state. Owerri is the worst hit. Imolites are mostly artisans and petty traders are not even supported by the government of Okorocha. Civil servant are owed over 11months salary arrears. The indigenes are running to neighbouring states to live and earn a living. Its sad.
