@chimkaire, this invitation u got is for the post of a Sales Consultant wich is purely based on commission, no salary attach to it. You earn base on wat u sale. Hope I help wit dis info

Well, it was supposed to be a one day thing from the mail we received but they ended up conducting only the test. first question has always been about your ability to reply a mail to a customer. They check for spellings, punctuation and you ability to construct meaningful sentences. I think the question was something like... "a customer in another state sent a mail complaining that she noticed that the product she bought was cheaper to the people in lagos compared to to her location and has has clearly stated she wasn't going to patronize us again. Send a mail to the customer explaining why the price was so and encourage her to continue shopping with us". Something like that. The rest of the questions I believe everyone can handle.

One funny thing about Jumia is they always send you test invitation on a Friday evening, for you to come the next day(Saturday). They do this to cut the crowd. If you applied and you ain't in lagos, just Forge about it. That's always their norm.

Like I said, I'm still expecting to be called for the next stage. That's all I've got for you for now.

I went fr same interview tho, heard after that day anoda set of people whr interviewd d next day, dey whr mire than hundred dis time around.
