I don't throw up but I only experience it when I've been in a vehicle for long at isn't moving fast. It happens during hold ups when the vehicle is moving slowly and stopping at intervals. I get sick to my stomach, my head hurts, my body hurts, I feel very nauseous but I don't vomit.

It's gotten better over the years but it still happens occasionally. Funny enough I have never heard of 'motion sickness' until reading this thread, but I nicknamed my condition motion sickness because i figured that if there's such a thing as 'sea sickness' there must be something called 'motion sickness'.

Quite a coincidence. I'm feeling like Einstein right about now

motion sickness can be categorized into car sickness,sea sickness,train sickness and airplane sickness. Ours fall into car sickness.

plse what can I do to stop or reduce dis tendencies of throwing up (vomiting) each time I move in a bus or car. I always get choked and irritated by d burning fuel.

I have turned down many opportunities dat have to do with traveling a long distance just because of this tendency.

I use to suffer from motion sickness.

Here are 2 practical solutions to motion sickness:

1. Before you set out on your trip, shew a very tiny piece of the drug called VOMENT. Please don't shew a full piece of the VOMENT; it induces sleep. Just shew a very tiny piece of it. Once ur tongue tastes the VOMENT, motion sickness will disappear.

2. Buy the regular inhaler used in treating cough. Buy the liquid one not the methylated type. If u read the writings on the inhaler, u will see that it cures motion sickness. Just sniff it b4 and during the journey..... Your journey will be smooth if u have ur inhaler by ur side.

Motion/car sickness.
It happens to me everytime even in planes.

I understand this happens when the eyes and other senses are not in sync when in motion. . .this is my laymans understanding of the issue.

Anyways, here's how I tackle the problem. I zero my mind off everything around me when the plane or car is in motion. If I'm unable to sleep I just clse my eyes and keep schtum for the duration of the journey or for as longas possible. Also, water helps. You need to keep sipping water.

Now, this may not work 100% for you buti believe it'll reduce the discomfort during long travels.

(Motion sickness or Kinetosis) Happens to me often.
I use 2 tabs of piritin before driving or boarding a bus/cab. It works perfectly. Try it.

You are too greedy and eat too much. You should learn to fast and control your appetite ,eat once a day only at night

OP, I think there is no general solution to your issue but what works for me is that I make sure there's is nothing in my stomach before embarking on any long journey thereby having nothing in my stomach to vomit.
Don't eat a night to and on the day of travelling.

It is called "car sickness" o! I always have the nausea feeling anytime I travel a long journey but I don't vomit all the time.

Next time you wanna travel,take a tablet of Avomide before boarding. It will not make you vomit.

You are right it is called motion sickness it happen especially travelling during daytime. Avomine tablet will help

This is a minor issue. Just get bitter kola and eat one every 3hours when on a journey. Stop it after making like 10trips and I promise you vomiting would be a thing of the past

I used to chew bitter kola too but I found out its not effective for me. I can't condone the bitterness of the kola too. It can add to nausea.

Avomide works for me perfectly.

Don't press ur fone while the car moves and also always stick to ur seat anytim u guys approach a pothole..don't allow if move u back and forth
