Let me help a little here... The PayPal credit (funding) works this way....

If you have a PayPal account (foreign country domiciled) that can receive funds unto it, for example A USA PayPal account, then you can simply contact a trustworthy e-currency exchangers who sells PayPal funds, Or anyone who has got some funds (PayPal Dollars) available in their PayPal account (Non-Nigerian domiciled account), and willing to sell these funds at a cheaper rate to you (i.e at 210Naira per $1) Instead of the current dollar to Naira exchange rate of over 220Naira per $1.

In clear terms... You cannot buy funds unto your Nigerian PayPal account from an Exchanger at a cheaper rate of 210-215 Naira per $1 to make payments for your online transactions.....

But you can only make payments if you're making use of your Nigerian PayPal account (after linking your Local Bank-Issued Debit/Credit Card to it) at the higher bank exchange rate for instance N227 per $1

what i simply did. in other to avoid bvn wahala in future, i told my wife, mum, dad, and brothers to open an account with stanbic, all their atm cards are with me with different bvn numbers and linked to my paypal. so i have 50k dollars in 5 places to spend for a year. i think thats enough for my biz for now. if they like they should reduce to 25k. I'm the manager of the accounts. they don't even have d atm pins
