Appeal Court is set to deliver judgment on the appeal filed by Saraki, challenging his trial at CCT on Monday. If the Appeal court ruled in his favour, it means that CCT will not hear the case again, unless it decides to go to the Supreme court.

But again,..can't Ekweremadu head the senate while Saraki faces trial? I need an answer pls angry angry
Ekweremadu can but he will not.

Reason?

Rawani:
This is a valid concern because there is no reason why the screening of the ministerial nominees has not been expedited apart from irresponsible politicking designed to serve parochial interests.

What else do we expect in a Senate whose leadership was birthed through questionable circumstances?
What is the fuss about one week postponement of screening when it took the President more than four months to release the names of the nominees? Where was the stupid group when the President announced he won't form cabinet until the end of the year? That was when they ought to have carried protest's placard. Nonsense!

What is the relationship between saraki's trial at cct and the screeening of ministers at the senate? Are the ministers members of the code of conduct tribunal?
