I really can't Imagine what goes on in the minds of some perverts.
How Does a grown ass Man get any pleasure raping a Child?
The news of Some Men raping a 5 and 2 1/2 years old girl in India got Me really wondering how such Animals think.
I really don't understand how some men get an Erec-tion when raping a mature woman let alone a child.
Such act is Subhuman and deserves severe punishment.
Penectomy (surgical amputation of the Pen.is) or Death Sentence should be signed into Law as punishment for such act.
Castration (surgical removal of the Testicles) a lesser form of Penectomy is not enough; penectomy is needed too. Sex offenders, especially those who rape Children should not only have their testicles removed, but their penis too.
This will curtailed future attempt to rape again by these Rapist. It will also acts as a deterant to those who plan to commit such act, as the punishment is permanent and befitting of the crime committed.
I challenge our law makers to sign this as penalty for Rape in Nigeria.

I'm optimistic that such penalty if Implemented will contribute immensely towards making Nigeria a better place for us all
