Hello nairalanders, is there any private loan lender available and real? If there is, i need loan upto 150 million naira to buy a hotel worth 160 million naira, but i have negociated and it has been accepted. I need this loan to buy it and use the remaining amount to turn around it, i will leave all the document of this hotel to the lender till i repay my loan back. I am very sure of repayment of my loan if i granted. Any interested reliable private lender here should please leave reply here for me to make contact and decide. Note this is business contract.
