Do we have any Batch C 14 currently serving punishment for Headcount miss? Whats the duration of the Punishment in Your state if at all its Nationwide? Because here in Kebbi, its Day 2 of the yet to be known extention duration. No sign or body language of releasing the cert. What's the situational report in your state if u are involved?

they treat us here in Kebbi as if we stole nysc properties! State cord, members of the staff snub us like we deh kirirkiri. not even to talk to us for us to know our fate.

no mind those mumu nysc. thank God I escaped sha, but they got my colleagues. they are presently doing community service in Abia now

my friend! its only a zombie that will foolishly follow that instruction. didn't you have a life before Nysc? don't you have family to visit? or other goals to pursue? the point here is that the way and manner the headcount was carried out was wrong. if they were really interested in catching ghost corps members, they would have carried it out when schools were in session and during the week day. yet they came on Saturday and Sunday to do headcount! mtschew

My brother was a victim. He is serving in Oyo state. He missed the head count because he was at home in Lagos, chopping chicken and saying Mummy Thank you, Daddy Thank you . Now has extension for one week. He will get their certificate on Thursday though

Those that missed d headcount in Katsina state av been given their certificate yesterday. Just two days for punishment. Those that av passport issues they r still in Abuja nw.

It was stated and shouted clearly, no traveling without permission. Yet corps member travel and blame nysc for doing headcount on sunday. It wouldn't bother you, if u didnt travel.

In Kogi, their certificate was issued on Monday after enof threat

In a bid to sound impressive, you ended up appearing moronic, what were you doing in service of you couldn't keep to simple directive, why did you not jettison NYSC to pursue your goals and see if you wouldn't have scored own goal? were the Saturday and Sunday not parts of the days you're supposed to be accounted for by NYSC, imagine you going AWOL and ended up with great mishaps, (God forbids) will your parent not hold NYSC responsible?

My friend, when you signed up for the Program, you became property of the government, Head count can be conducted at anytime of the week and if you are absent without permission then you have yourself to blame.

NYSC is a paramilitary scheme. AWOL is unacceptable.

I just wish, Nigerians are born Military then can convert to Civilians.

Civilians don't just heed to simple instructions.
