Lie! The first newspaper of the Students' Union was published in the 1960's. Go read "Great Ife: History of Obafemi Awolowo University." The book was edited Prof. Femi Omosini and Prof. A. Adediran. It's in the bookshop and with the baba (I don't know if he is still there) that sells books in front of the statue of Oduduwa in Oduduwa Hall. Just go through the chapter on students' unionism, you'll see the name of the first newspaper.
