Hello Vickyrotex, good morning. You're about helping me but along the line i didnt know what happened and i failed to receive the mail you said you sent to me. An urgent need for that mail has come up again. It's about how an application letter for industrial attachment should be in it right form. Not like i'm not confident enough on the one i've written myself, but i just want something else to compare and contrast as no one has monopoly of knowledge. Pls do kindly send me that sample of application letter for "industrial attachment" again so i can modify it to my best need. They say, "do all things rightly as there might be no second chance to create first impression". If this can happen before 12noon, i will be very grateful. Thanks and God bless.

There are slight differences between cover letter and application letter. Application letter contains your address and addressee's, salutation, position applied for, the body of the letter, conclusion and your signature. It always accompanies hard copy cv. Cover letter neither requires your address nor addressee's but the salutation, position applied for, the body of the letter, conclusion and your signature. It is written in the body of the email while the cv is attached. Cover letter is used for online application purpose only. Hope this helps.

Is very very clear and obvious. Cover letter simply means experience that covers or qualifies you for the particular position you are applying for. While application comprises both experience, Information, Interest, Enquiry etc

Note: If you are asked to write a Cover, just have in mind that they are asking for experience and Skills.
