Got the invite too, weds 2pm, let's hope for the best, first stage is usually group assessment, then second stage, writing and presentation, then third stage is panel interview, I know that's how the last process for d recruitment went. Don't know if its the same pattern though, may God see us through this one..ESR..can't wait!

I think the customer service is different. I also recieved an invite for customer service , though my choice of venue is the same with the sales reps

No, you don't get it. This is to those who got invites for the position of Energy Sales Rep. The position was not advertised like the customer service rep, but they got scheduled for it. So when and how did they apply?

@Lobito, I applied for the ESR position sometimes in August, I then applied for the customer care representative this month.. I forgot I applied for the ESR sef... but was invited for ESR interview and not customer care
