Congratulopia is coined out of the word congratulations. It is a "nigerian pidgin" word mostly used among citizens of Nigeria living in suburb areas of the country. So in lame man definition, Congratulopia is Nigerian pidgin way of saying congratulations. Hope I av been able to help u?
