Anyone who has his/or her true state of mind intact can testify of this reality, the bible cannot deliver onto the people of what it were designed for. The hopeful fantasies created by this book in concern is to lure innocent Nigerians into a mental prison. Nigerians need to get off their knees and stop begging their God to bring them what they need.Praying for good jobs, and better life is not going to change anything Is church-going really a hindrance to Nigerians achievment and development? Nigeria has one of the highest rate of church attendance in the world. The difference between a productive race of people and an unproductive one is what they do with their time and how they do it. Many Christians put their so called God first, they think it is all right to be without any other achievment as long as they have Jesus. These sentiments are subliminally supported in gospel music and sunday school teachings. When a Nigerian woman sings R&B she sings about the love of a man; when they sing gospel music, they sing about the love of Jesus. " Can and will Nigerian Christians accept the fact that breaking free of the limitations placed on their minds, achievements and relationships imposed by Christianity may require that they remove the Bible from their lives? Nigerians are as religious as is the country underdeveloped. In looking at the UN survey on human development index;Nigeria ,Sierra Leone, Congo and Malawi, which top the world’s religiosity list are among the world’s 20 least developed countries. At the same time, Norway, Sweden, Japan, France,Denmark and Canada are among the world’s 20 most developed countries, yet feature in the 11th least religious countries. When a Nigerian falls sick, first thing they do is visit a doctor, they get medical help and on getting better, they pay homage to a god that was never there. These are the harsh realities of Nigerians. 7 Likes 5 Shares |

Op, this applies to both Christianity and Islam, bible and quran. These two religions are both imported and are major cause of the delusion our people face today against life issues. It's really unfortunate. On one part, you have Muslims blowing themselves up because of Allah. One the other part, you have Christians substituting common sense for ancient primitive beliefs(this also applies to Islam). I believe the government should ban religion from being taught in schools. We don't need such igbe malu being taught as truth 6 Likes 1 Share |

hahn: And of course Islam. I focused on the Christians since we can't gain access to the Muslim section. I need to cross lots of deserts and land mines to get to them. The earlier the better religion get a ban in Nigeria/Africa. A lot of free thinkers are marginalized and our society is suffering because knowledge seekers have no room to move the continent forward. Africa needs to move on from the past. 4 Likes 1 Share |

ifeness: I still don't understand why seun decided to give Muslims special treatment in their section despite the fact that Islam has been a source of many ills in our society. I've always been of the opinion that Nigeria, and indeed Africa, is a primitive society stuck in modern times. It just seems like we are stuck, via religious chains, to the times when religion, Islam and Christianity, were first introduced to us. 1 Like |

Re: The Bible,an Enemy Of A Truth Seeker by Nobody: 11:59am On Oct 23, 2015 |
hahn: To honest I have no idea why he gave them such a special treatment which will further isolate them in the past. And this is not good for the Nigerian society. At the same time they have the freedom to isolate themselves which he as a fair person allowed them. Over here in the UK,lots of Muslim born teenagers are now atheist. My ex's parents are from Iran, she was born here and this lady is open minded, same with here brother. In fact they consider Islam extremely barbaric and stuck in the past. For Africa to move forward we need to burn lots of books, stop the shipment of bibles from Europe and America. For us to break the chains of religion, churches need to start paying taxes, the bigger the church the bigger the taxes, religion should stop being taught in school, god should be exterminated from all book and let people cherish handwork and research. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Don't worry,I guess we were only having fun. Back to Christianity/Islam being negative energies to the advancement of our society. Christianity,ISIS,Islam are obvious ways to lock us back in time. |
