How did you solve the water area problem? Pump out the water and do the one board/coach raft concrete? Will the water still be leaking out into
the foundation? Just wondering Sir.

The water has stopped, after the concrete blinding, it reduced to trickles.. The one coach raft is an additional measure.

That is a concrete wall footing, used to transmit the load from the wall to the soil and increase the bearing capacity of the soil.

Ok, those are used to frame the top of the foundation in such a way that earth pressure will be contained, and the foundation walls don't exert external pressure when filling and compaction takes place. We do this when foundation blocks are more than 4 courses. It is also a way of spreading the load evenly over the foundation blocks.
