mine was on Nov. I check the status online and copy the batch ID no.

Did you wait to receive the text message as instructed or you simply went there quoting the batch ID?

I couldn't wait for their text message cos it was taking ages to come and i needed the ID urgently. The card was ready and despatched on March yet I wasn't notified. I simply copied the Batch ID and headed to their office. Although they complained about it but have no choice than to sort mine out and handed it over to me.

Do what is needful. Check your if your ID card is already, copy the batch no. And head to their office.
