You know how our politicians and military chiefs behave,they seem afraid of buying anything above alpha jets and partially rusted tanks from the babylonian era for our armed forces.Even to buy common communication gadgets is a headache for our policy makers,our soldiers need to load N2000 glo airtime and crawl up to the peak of the mandara mountain to get network in sambisa forest,in order to brief the command centre.
