I have gone through the bibliography none of the citations gives any indication about this phantom loan. I did a word search and Port Harcourt does not appear in the article once so what are we talking about. Compensate? Why was there no abandon property issue in Calabar? Olodo ,people unconsciously do interchange the Niger Delta with the South South terminology and it is acceptable within the Nigerian context .
